Team Deadlines and Pricing

DEADLINES

  • Feb 18, 2012 – Earlybird/Deadline for returning teams to register online. Returning teams will then have until Feb 25 to pay the $500 non-refundable deposit.
  • Feb 18, 2012 – New teams will be placed on a waitlist until this date, at which time, new teams will be admitted as space permits. New teams registering by Feb 18 will still receive the earlybird deal.
  • Mar 21, 2012 – Regular Registration Deadline for all teams (this includes registering online and paying the $500 non-refundable deposit).
  • April 30, 2012 – Final date to pay balance of ALL monies due (or $1000 due  if paying by installments – see below)
  • June 1, 2012 – Roster Freeze (The last chance to add players and final online registrations have to be in for ALL players.)
  • June 16, 2012 – Final installment payment deadline

 

PRICING

SILVER TEAMS BASED OUT OF KAREN MAGNUSSEN

$3000 plus HST per team (for an 18 game regular season plus playoffs)

 

GOLD AND PLATINUM TEAMS BASED OUT OF KAREN MAGNUSSEN

$2550 plus HST per team (for a 14 game regular season plus playoffs)

 

ALL OTHER TIERS

$2925 plus HST per team

 

Payments can be made by cash, cheque or Interac or credit card using the online registration system. Payments can also be made at the captain’s meeting, player draft or other meetings set up for the purpose of the collection of league fees. You can also mail a cheque (once you register, the address will be provided to you or you can also contact the league for the mailing address). All payments are non-refundable.

 

OTHER INFO

  • All fees include a $200 refundable suspension deposit
  • Regular registrants receive 2 pucks, earlybird receive 4 pucks plus get entered into a draw for some prizes at the league meeting
  • Bring in a new team and receive $50 off your team’s league fee
  • Pay in person at the team rep meeting and receive $100 off your team’s league fee
  • Pay by installments (add $100 to league fee) – $500 deposit, $1000 by the regular final payment date and the remainder on June 16
  • If you change tiers and the league fee is different, you will get refunded or the difference in fees will be added onto your account
