The following is a list of the most frequently asked questions (to be added to ask questions arise over time)
My name appears in the team lockerroom so why was I told that I am not registered?
The team lockerroom is not related to the registration system. Your teamrep may have added you to the lockerroom or your name may have been carried over from a prior year. Either way, you still have to register for each season using the online registration system. Your name should appear in the stats system under your team if your registration was successful.
My name doesn’t appear on the gamesheet; however, I already registered online
Your name will appear on the gamesheet once you finalize your registration. Most likely you didn’t click “Checkout” to complete your registration. Your name should appear in the stats system under your team if everything was finalized. If you don’t see your name, then your registration hasn’t gone through. Unfortunately, only players listed on the roster in the stats system will be allowed to play.
Do I need to register twice if I am playing as a skater and goalie on the same team?
If you normally play as a skater and you are playing a game as a goalie or vice versa, there is no need to register again. Just make sure that it is clearly indicated on the gamesheet prior to the game and we will make sure it gets recorded properly in the stats system.
How do I delete players from my roster?
Only VIHL Management can delete players from the roster. Email the league at info@vihl.net and we will remove the player for you.
How do I change my jersey number or position?
Login into your account and click on “Manage Account” and then “View/Update Registration” and you should see an update link beside the team you are currently registered for (if you are a team rep, select “Update Team Roster” and then click the edit button under options).
Click on this link and then modify your information and click “Update”. This will push this new information into the stats system.
Why isn’t the schedule from the new season showing up in the Pointstreak team lockerroom?
You can link up your existing team locker room with other current or previous teams. By doing this, you can import additional past and/or present teams and seasons into your existing team locker room. To link your team with your other teams, follow these steps:
1. Login to your team locker room.
2. Go to TEAM SET-UP under the Administrator Menu
3. Select the LINK TEAM tab
4. Use the “Import Team” search functionality to search for the team name you want to find. This will display of a list of possible matches.
5. Check off any applicable teams and then click on ADD.
Once you have successfully linked a team, the team schedule will be added in your Team Locker Room’s calendar, “next game”, etc, and will also allow your team mates to link up their player profile to other team’s they’ve played on.
REMEMBER: You can also set your default season within TEAM SET-UP under the “Season Record Display” section. The season selected will appear by default and will display your record, streak and last 5 games on the Locker Room homepage.
