Suspension Appeal Form

If you would like to appeal a suspension handed down to you by the league, please fill out the form below within 48 hours of the suspension being handed out. A $35 appeal fee will be taken off your team’s suspension deposit. The league will inform you of its decision and your fee will be refunded if your appeal is successful and your suspension is reduced.

Please make sure that you have well thought out cases for why your suspension should be reduced/waived as your report will be matched up with the referees report to determine if there is a possibility that anything could have been different.
