Penalty Dispute Form

In an effort to make sure players are safe and refs are making the appropriate calls, we are allowing team reps the opportunity to dispute penalty calls that are 4 minutes or larger.

At the very least, this can useful information that can be passed along to the head referee. However, if the dispute can be coorborated by other unbiased third parties at the game, the dispute could lead to a change in the penalty and impact possible suspensions.

Please provide a detailed explanation about why you feel the penalty should have been more or less. REMINDER: This is only for 4 minute penalties or higher.

NOTE. Teams will be limited to 1 dispute per season but they can get it back if a dispute is successful.
